An eleven year veteran of the Real Estate Business, Terri puts her organizing skills to good use. Operational and financial systems are put in place and revised as needed, along with those duties Terri is in charge with marketing the 350+ homes a year listed by the Vaughn Team. Amanda Vaughn

Clarksville is her hometown; she has experienced the continued growth and opportunities that have made Clarksville the community it is today. Growing up with a father in Real Estate has shown Amanda at an early age the commitment that one must possess to become a Realtor. With these principles, she began her Real Estate career in 2001. Jon Vaughn

Jon graduated from Clarksville High in 1993. He went on to attend Maryville College in east Tennessee and graduated with a degree in Business and Economics. Jon worked in the local Banking Industry until he went to work at Gaylord Entertainment in the marketing department. He worked as a foreman for Clay Powers, a local builder. Jon then moved to East Tennessee to work in the mortgage and consumer loan field, before moving back to Clarksville and joining in the family Real Estate business. Jon is technology savvy and is intent on being the best with every sell.

A native Middle Tennessean, there is no place Scott would rather be. He came to Clarksville in 1989 to pursue his degree at Austin Peay State University and graduated in 1992. Family is of the utmost importance to him, and two wonderful sons keep him busy with their many activities. Scott also enjoys the opportunities the great outdoors of Tennessee offers, particularly hunting in the fall. He is a “people person” and loves to help his fellow man in any way he can. Scott became a real estate agent in the year 2000. Although a nine year veteran, you will often here Scott say he still gets just as excited about helping people with their real estate needs as he did the day he first entered the business.

Harry is a Tennessee and Kentucky licensed Affiliate Broker with Better Homes and Gardens Hometown Connection in Clarksville Tennessee . He was raised in his family's retail clothing business that also included real estate development, manufactured home sales and multifamily residential units. Upon graduation from Middle Tennessee State University, Harry was employed as a restaurant manager at a popular Nashville restaurant. For the past 16 years he has owned/leased commercial and residential properties. Combining his real estate experience along with extensive retail and restaurant experience provides his clients with a relationship based on service and a "do the right thing" attitude.
Harry was born and raised in nearby Hopkinsville, Kentucky and has lived in Clarksville, Tennessee for over 12 years. You can count on Harry and his wife Cathy to be at the ball fields cheering on their boys, Jackson and Zach, and in his spare time Harry likes to play golf, snow ski, and ride his motorcycle. 

Angela Davis

Angela is an Ohio native and graduate of Muskingum University. She worked as a teacher in Alaska and Alabama until she discovered her passion for real estate after selling her own home in Alaska. Angela moved to the Clarksville area in the summer of 2011 with her husband and two dogs. She wishes to share the joys of buying and selling homes with everyone she has an opportunity to encounter in Tennessee’s top spot for quality living. Being a military spouse, she brings personal expertise on military relocation's, having personally completed the buy/sell process during multiple Permanent Change of Station moves.
